CZION DWAYNE EARLE

CEO

Czion Dwayne Earle started his entertainment career at the tender age of five appearing on television on Sesame Street and the Electric Company. He would not stop there appearing later on in commercials for Twix and also Checkers. He also worked behind the scenes in film lending his knack for finding talent of the same caliber; acting as Casting/Talent Director for "The System Within" an independent film.
 

An avid learner and devoted student Czion was a student of the arts. He studied at some of the most highly regarded schools in America. He studied dance at Joffrey ballet school, Dance Theatre of Harlem, High School of the Performing Arts and as a scholarship student and the extremely acclaimed Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre.

In the years to come Czion's schooling would pay off. His professional career spans twenty years and is strewn throughout with success. Czion has worked for Pick of the Crop dance company, Empire State Ballet, Gemini Dance Theatre, Nannette Bearden Contemporary Dance Company, Forces of Nature Dance Company, Rod Rogers Dance Company, Alvin Ailey Dance Theater and Opus Dance Theatre.

Czion also started making his mark in Theatre landing roles in: Come get the beauty of it , Hot, Fame, Cats, Little shop of horrors, Music Man, Dream Girls, Mary Poppins, Testify (National Black Theatre) and Bob Fosse workshop.

Along the way Czion has worked with some astounding names in the music business. Czion has choreographed for some staggering names such as Mariah Carey, Grace Jones, and Inaya Day. Czion has also worked with amazing artist such as Aretha Franklin, Ashford and Simpson, Diana Ross, Salt n Pepa, and Envogue.

Even though Czion has worked with some of the widely known names it is his career in the fitness industry working with the everyday community that has made his name deservedly famous and illustriously known throughout the community. His Masters in applied Kinesiology has made him more than equipped to work with people to do what's not only best for them but what's best for their health. His work in fitness has made his name talked about between Hollywood, Corporate America, Judges, Doctors, and Attorneys.

Czion is considered a legend in the industry and trail blazer creating such new and innovative workouts such as Hip Hop Dance, African Dance, and New Soul Stretch. As a personal trainer he provides guidance for all of his clients to achieve their fitness goals. He has helped Daniela Drago from the show "The Biggest Loser" helping her to shed over forty pounds and instead adding self-motivation and confidence.

Czion being a man of virtue and integrity also has a tremendous heart. Helping with charities like The Children’s Cancer Society and American Heart Foundation; he also created the dance program at Camp Mariah for the Fresh Air Fund. He still to this day acts as a mentor to their students.

Czion Dwayne Earle since the age of five years old has been given it all he's got. He has gallantly given up his mind, body, and soul to others, so that they in turn would see their potential in themselves. Czion is a man that deserves every accolade, every award, and every nice thing ever said about him because he has worked for it and most of all he has earned every bit of it.

OBEDIAH WRIGHT

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

For over twenty-five years Obediah Wright has built a career as a professional artist working with some of the best in the business such as Ray Charles, Dionne Warwick, Aretha Franklin, Isao Tomita, M'bogeni Ngema (writer, choreographer and director of Broadway Musical "Sarafina", Suzan Birkenhead (Lyrist for Broadway's ‘Jelly's Last Jam', Diana Ross and a new generation of artists including Janet Jackson, Erykah Badu and Ashanti. A native New Yorker, Obediah aka ‘Baba' Obediah, training began with Bernice Johnson, his teacher and mentor and a woman he credits with giving him the strong foundation which has allowed him to travel the world in such varied roles as teacher, dancer, actor, singer, director and choreographer.

 

From Ms. Johnson's dance studio, ‘Baba' Obediah continued his studies at the High School of Performing Arts, Alvin Ailey, Dance Theater of Harlem, Lee Aka Thompson, and the Julliard School, one of the most prestigious artistic school in the world. ‘Baba" Obediah Wright co-directed and choreographed a commercial in South Africa for a new cell phone company integrating South African tap dancers with African-American tap dancers along with twenty-five Zulu dancers creating a tap orchestra. Other credits include choreographing several off-Broadway productions, including "Black Broadway and the Blues", "The Women of the Black Panthers, the long running musical ‘HAIR', ‘Storm Stories', and ‘OYA' the winner of the Audelco award for best production of the year for which ‘Baba' Obediah was nominated for best choreographer of the year. 

‘Baba' Obediah Wright appeared in the Walt Disney Production of "Head of the Class/The Lion King", a documentary in which he played the role of actor and teaching artist working with fifth graders teaching mask-making, storytelling, African songs and dance related to the Broadway musical, The Lion King. As a performer he was cast in the national tour of the Broadway production of the ‘Wiz' and principal dance in the MGM production of the television series starring Debbie Allen. He has choreographed and taught master classes throughout the country and abroad in prestigious places such as Japan, Hong Kong, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, The Bahamas, Turks and Caicos Islands and Martinique, French West Indies. ‘Baba' Obediah Wright's impressive stage direction and choreography for the Pele-Pele clothing line at Fashion Week 2000 integrated dancers with models creating a show stopping performance aired on New York One News. As the Artistic Director of ChoreoQuest, a project sponsored by the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation Cultural Arts Center that provides opportunities for emerging and established artist and choreographers to create new works, he lends administrative support, mentors and creates choreography for the Restoration Junior Dance Company.  Click here to read more.
