Our company has a program that is taught through a certified instructor in a group dynamic. Many participants bring a partner. These classes are offered to any person with a neuromuscular disorder. Our program covers important areas.

Personal Training
We outsource our personal trainers. These instructors are among the best in the area and can provide you with private personal training programs to help your achieve your fitness goals. Personal training programs include:
